My corporate account is missing trips

To maintain employee privacy for our union customers, all Corporate Accounts can only see trips that are set to Business.

If you are not seeing trips in your log that should have been tracked, they are most likely marked as Personal trips.

Don’t worry, your corporate account also includes free individual accounts for each vehicle. The purpose of this is to provide an easy way for each employee to manage his or her own driving log, without giving them access to the larger corporate account.

All you need to do is have the employee login to their own account and set the trips to Business (they can create a free standard account if they haven’t already).

Linking the tracker to the employee account

The employee’s tracker will need to get linked to their account.  To do this, you will need the Authorization code for that tracker, which you can find on your Trackers / Vehicles page.

When the employee sets a trip to business in their account, that trip will immediately become visible in your Corporate Account.
