I cannot generate a report

If you are clicking Download on the report page and getting an error or just no response, try reducing the date range for the report so that you aren’t adding so many trips.

Instead of creating a single report for the year, try creating two 6-month reports.  If you really drive a lot, you may need to break it into quarters.

We are working to fix this

This issue is caused by a large number of trips taking a long time to process and your web browser simply gives up waiting.  It is a known issue that our engineers are working to solve.
