Our subscriptions are designed to be as affordable as possible - remember, after only 105 business miles, you have paid for an entire year of service!
Anyone can sell you an item and walk away. But at The Mileage Ace, our most important value is to be there for you for the long-term. We store and back up your mileage logs for years so you have every detail in case of an audit.
Maintaining and protecting those mileage logs is an ongoing expense, and a system as robust as ours has a lot of behind-the-scenes costs. We use top-of-the line servers to keep everything safe, backed up, and running at top speed.
This low-cost renewal fee allows us to keep YOU as a prioity while simultaneously insuring that we are around to help for years to come.
Absolutely! The Mileage Ace also works all across the UK, and a setting in your account switches from miles to kilometers in the click of a button!
Yes, yes, yes, and yes! The Mileage Ace is 99.9% web-based, so you can access your mileage logs anywhere a device can access the internet. It's totally platform independent.
The only time you need a computer (either PC and Mac) is for the inital setup to tell the device which WiFi networks to use. You can see the requirements for our software on the Downloads page.
No! After the initial setup, The Mileage Ace doesn't need your computer at all. It uploads the GPS tracked logs directly to our internet servers straight from your car using WiFi. Pretty awesome, right?
Very little. The Mileage Ace uses a proprietary, compressed file format to store your GPS-tracked mileage logs. One Megabyte of upload data will cover about 30 hours of driving.
Not at all! The Mileage Ace will connect to your home or office network when you park your car. You can also use WiFi hotspots on your phone or tablets if you are travelling, or if you park too far away from your home or office network to get a signal.
The Mileage Ace can store at least 50 driving hours worth of GPS tracked mileage logs before needing to upload the trips.
For most people, this is at least one month worth of driving.
It's just what it sounds like. You have 30 days from the day it ships to return your order. Just send an email to email@example.com with your order number in the subject line, explaining that you would like a refund. We will respond with a return RMA code for you to include on the shipping label. Once we receive your returned device and verify it has not been damaged, we will refund 100% or your original purchase, minus shipping.
This policy only applies to purchases made through our website www.mileage-ace.com. If you purchased from another retailer, you will need to inquire with them about their return policy.
We offer a ONE-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY for the device. This means if the device fails within one year, so long as we can determine the failure was manufacturer related (ie: you didn't spill coffee on it), we'll replace it for free. If you purchased through another vendor, we will need to see the original purchase receipt as well.
If you've gone beyond one year and your device isn't working properly, still contact us. We will do everything we can to take care of you in the most fair way possible. As we mentioned above in 'Why A Renewal Fee', one of our most cherished values is to be there for our customers.
